I was happy with hotel's amazing and particularly good location near to the sea. I asked for cottage with AC as well as balcony, had a very peaceful stay...

My pet dog and I greatly enjoyed being there. The cottage with balcony had basic facilities you need. The jewel in the crown was amiable and accommodating staff.

There was a dirty bed.

A great selection of good food for meals. Great, PARTICULARLY GOOD location near to the sea. And just next door to Cancona railway station and Patnem beach and so many restaurants close by to explore Goan food.

The hotel was located short walk to the serene Palolem beach, so many restaurants, and sea. The property's position was stunning and particularly good, on the first line. Went to Nada Brahma for drink or two, set within walking distance of the hotel. I did not want to leave, so couldn't recommend more this venue.

the hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a fairly nice area, near rare trains and so many restaurants. i greatly enjoyed the room, the bed was comfortable. the staff was amiable and the owner too. the location of the venue was marvellous and good - within walking distance of yoga cooking classes. my stay was peaceful here.
